During Patient Experience Week, we would like to thank our patients for taking the time to share feedback with us.
Over the past year, we have been collecting feedback to better understand your experience of care. This helps us identify what is working well and where we can improve, particularly in areas such as access, communication, and continuity.Recent results show an overall improvement in reported experience.
