About Me
I enjoy getting to know my patients and working with them to feel their best, now and into the future.
Dr Gill grew up on a banana farm in Cardwell, North Queensland. She later moved to Townsville to study medicine at James Cook University, where she completed her medical degree. During her training, she gained experience in rural, regional, and international settings, including supporting communities after natural disasters. These experiences strengthened her passion for caring for people and communities.
After completing her internship and residency at Townsville Hospital, Dr Gill began her GP training and has since completed her GP examinations, with fellowship anticipated in 2026. She also completed extended skills training in an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health setting, which further deepened her commitment to culturally safe, holistic care and health equity.
Dr Gill values the long-term relationships that come with general practice and enjoys supporting individuals and families through every stage of life. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and discovering new cuisines with family and friends.
Please note: Dr Gill does not prescribe Schedule 8 medications or drugs of addiction.
