About Me
Health is a long game — and lasting change is built on consistency, sustainability, and the right support to educate, encourage, empower, and equip you along the way.
Raji is a PACFA-registered counsellor and accredited naturopath who supports people navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. She blends evidence-based therapies — including CBT and ACT — with a holistic understanding of how mental and physical health are deeply interconnected.
Her approach is calm, practical, and genuinely person-centred. Raji believes that healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported — and that real, lasting change comes not from quick fixes, but from small, sustainable steps taken consistently over time. She works alongside her clients to build strategies that fit their real lives, not just their best days.
Raji brings a breadth of experience across private practice, workplace counselling, AOD services, and crisis support with Lifeline, alongside a background in government leadership. She is also a trained meditation and mindfulness teacher, and leads the ACT/Canberra regional chapter of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine — reflecting her commitment to prevention and root-cause care.
Outside of the clinic, you'll find Raji in the kitchen experimenting with food, out in nature recharging, or deep into a podcast.
