Tiffany is a social worker with fifteen years of experience working with children, young people and adults. She has lived and worked with people of diverse backgrounds from the townships of South Africa, expats in Brasilia to private practice in Australia.

Tiffany believes that our most important relationship is with ourselves, that mental health is the key to happiness in our relationships. Her areas of interest within her professional life are the connection between trauma and the body, our body’s ability to grow from trauma creating ‘Post Traumatic Growth’ and the impact of attachment in early childhood.
