Women's Health

Women’s health needs change across life. At Next Practice Deakin, we offer care that is respectful, supportive, and centred on you — whether you have a specific concern or simply want to check in.

More about our women’s health services

Women’s health is not one-size-fits-all. Needs can change with age, life stage, and circumstances, and it’s normal to have questions along the way. People often come to see us because they’re experiencing changes in their body, planning for pregnancy, managing menopause symptoms, or due for routine screening. Others come simply to talk things through and feel reassured.

During your appointment, we take time to listen, explain options clearly, and support informed choices. Where appropriate, care such as cervical screening or contraception services can be provided in the practice. If further support is needed, we help organise referrals and remain involved in your care.

We aim to make women’s health care:

  • Easy to understand
  • Respectful and non-judgemental
  • Unhurried and supportive
  • Focused on your comfort, privacy, and choices

If something doesn’t feel right — or it’s time for a routine check — booking an appointment is a simple first step. Our team is here to support you.
